Niamh O'Beirne specialises in providing people and organisational change advice to clients across all industry sectors. As a Partner she is responsible for leading EY’s People Advisory Services practice in Ireland. Niamh is passionate about transformation and helping clients approach organisational change with careful consideration of the impact on their people. She focuses on providing change, communications, talent management and organisational design advice to diverse cross-industry clients with a particular focus on Government and semi state clients.
